We are excited to share that construction on your new Townhomes have been progressing steadily. It is an exciting time, and we want to help you prepare for a smooth settlement and handover in the coming months.
Our team remains focused on bringing the vision of each of the Townhomes to life, and we want to make the settlement process as smooths and stress free as possible.
Unfortunately, recent geopolitical developments have reintroduced volatility into the construction market, impacting the finishing trades required at Park Lane. These events have triggered supply-side pressures across oil, fuel, and shipping, with flow-on effects to key construction inputs. Energy-intensive material such as steel, aluminium, and plastics are experiencing renewed cost pressures, while diesel depending trades particularly civil works, including the completion of external concrete, carparks, and paving at Park Lane are being affected by rising fuel costs and availability.
With this in mind, and in close consultation with our project team, consultants, and builder Metrocon, there has been a slight delay to the overall completion timeline. Completion is not expected in mid-August 2026
The project team is working closely with the relevant authorities expedite the issuance of the new Certificates of Title and subsequent settlements. We will provide further updates on this process in the coming weeks.
