We’re excited to provide an update on construction from Park Lane, Stirling as we head into the Christmas break!
Internally, first-fix electrical and plumbing works are currently underway across the completed structures. This includes the installation of initial services pipework, cabling, and associated infrastructure in preparation for the next stages of construction. These works are essential to support upcoming internal linings and fit-out activities, and progress is tracking in line with the overall construction program.
The Townhomes along the south-west boundary are now well and truly taking shape and continue to demonstrate some of the most advanced progress across the development. Since our last update, Metrocon has completed the first-floor brickwork, followed closely by the installation of roof framing, marking a significant construction milestone.
Looking ahead, roof cover and external cladding works are scheduled to commence early in the new year. Once the roof coverings are in place and the buildings are weather-tight, major internal trades — including ceiling and wall linings — will begin. These Townhomes will serve as a strong visual benchmark, providing purchasers with a clear indication of the quality, design, and finish that will be delivered across the entire development.
Lots 11–16 are now following the progress achieved on Lots 7–10, with roof framing currently underway for these Townhomes. Once roof framing is complete, roof sheeting will be installed shortly thereafter. This will mark another key milestone in bringing these homes closer to being weather-tight and ready for internal fit-out works.
The Terracehomes fronting Osborne Place are scheduled to commence second-level brickwork this week, with completion expected over the Christmas break. Following this, roof framing will be carefully measured and manufactured to ensure precise installation.
Lot 17 is slightly behind its neighbouring lots, as this area has primarily been used as a laydown zone for Metrocon. The first-floor concrete slab for lot 17 is set to be poured in the coming days, with brickwork to follow shortly thereafter. These works continue to progress the Terracehomes along Osborne Place, moving the development steadily closer to completion and framing the overall streetscape
